Almost anyone to Greg at a party: "Hey, Greg. What's happening in the housing market?"
Greg's old response: "Well we haven't appreciated as much this year ... unemployment needs to drop first ... but with that finished basement you just put in your value went up $20k ... if that's the case let's list it next month ... ."
Greg's new response: "Check out my blog while I go check out the dessert table!"
