Almost anyone to Greg at a party: "Hey, Greg. What's happening in the housing market?"
Greg's old response: "Well we haven't appreciated as much this year ... unemployment needs to drop first ... but with that finished basement you just put in your value went up $20k ... if that's the case let's list it next month ... ."
Greg's new response: "Check out my blog while I go check out the dessert table!"

How about March January and November? Guess we missed the snow. We are enjoying a nice vacation in sunny Southern California.
March. Feb. Jan. just a guess
First two are nice guesses - but not correct.
My guess is Dec.-Jan.-Mar.
Two of the three months have been mentioned. For the missing month - take a look outside! Still waiting for the correct answer.
Well it has to be Dec-Mar- and April then?
Here's the answer: on average March is our snowiest month; November comes in second; and (surprise) April is third.
