Awesome marketing strategy Greg. We're not in the Denver area, but we are looking at selling and relocating in the next six months. Hope those rate increases are delayed until the fall or winter of 2010!
Patrick - when rates do go up, it won't be a huge amount. I remember when I bought my first home 20 years ago - I would've loved to get 6%! If you need a referral for a good realtor let me know. I have contacts all over. I know it's especially difficult when relocating to a new area where you don't know anyone.
